Author Lisa Carter Shares Her Deviled Eggs Recipe

Looking for a new dish to try? Lisa Carter, author of A Mother’s Homecoming, has shared her recipe for deviled eggs with readers of the Harlequin Blog!  

6 eggs
1/4 cup of mayo
1 tsp of mustard
salt/pepper
dash of paprika
sprig of dill

boil eggs-about 15 minutes
allow eggs to cool then remove eggshells
slide boiled eggs in half lengthwise
scoop out cooked yolks onto separate dish, crumble yolks with fork
sprinkle salt and pepper to taste
add mayo and mustard, mix well
spoon a tbsp of mixture into each egg white halves
garnish with paprika and dill
