Introducing The Feel Good Project
What is The Feel Good Project?
In this day and age, the stresses of modern-day life can be overwhelming, which is why Harlequin is introducing The Feel Good Project—for 70 years, we’ve been bringing uplifting books featuring happily ever afters into your homes, and now we are taking it one step further. We not only want to explore how feeling good can truly impact our lives, but we want to spread positive experiences throughout our communities.
How Can I Get Involved?
The Harlequin Creator Fund
The Harlequin Creator Fund is designed to support female writers in their feel-good literary, television or movie scripts. The current call for submissions begins January 23 and pulls from a pool of $30,000 USD. The focus will be on a wide variety of genres with the goal of creating character-driven stories that leave audiences feeling uplifted.

The Feel Good Challenge
Is there a wonderful person in your life who spreads joy and positivity? We want to celebrate people who make the world a better place, which is why we’re launching The Feel Good Challenge. Starting January 28, we’ll be accepting nominations for Feel Good Ambassadors—special people who are helping to uplift those around them. Do you have someone in mind? All you have to do is submit 250-500 words about the person and how they bring happiness to those around them. A winning story gets a $200 prize pack—one for you and one for your Feel Good Ambassador! The nomination period ends February 15th.
