Win 5 Romantic Reads All About June Brides

by Amy Loosemore, Team

Although I got married in May, I may be a little biased in thinking that June is a perfect month for weddings. Not only is the weather (usually) great, but my parents got married in June and one my favorite classic movies, Seven Brides for Seven Brothers, did a whole musical number about June brides!

To celebrate all the June brides out there, you could win these five June romances all about weddings! Keep reading to find out how to enter.

Arranged Marriage, Bedroom Secrets by Yvonne Lindsay (Harlequin Desire)

An arranged marriage means she’s his bride. Her secrets make her much more… Only from USA TODAY bestselling author Yvonne Lindsay!

Princess Mila will safeguard her kingdom by marrying a neighboring royal she barely knows. But she refuses to let Prince Thierry perfect his romantic arts with another woman. Disguised as his hired courtesan, the virgin princess plans to seduce her fiancé before their wedding night!

The mind-blowing chemistry they discover can’t be taught—or forgotten. Yet Mila’s lie is unforgivable to a man who prizes honor above all. Public scandal threatens all Mila’s dreams and her country’s future…unless this prince can let passion, and his heart, reign supreme.

Wedded, Bedded, Betrayed by Michelle Smart (Harlequin Presents)

The man she loves to hate

Elena Ricci never expected her two-day getaway to end in blackmail, forced marriage and the need for a successor. But that’s what happens when Gabriele Mantegna kidnaps her!

With Gabriele holding documents that threaten her family’s reputation, there’s nothing fiery Elena won’t do to stop their release. Including marrying the man who would betray her.

But as Elena’s body ignites with Gabriele’s every touch, what will happen when the chemistry that blazes as brightly as their hatred leads to a legacy that will last a lifetime?

Conveniently wedded, passionately bedded!

His Destiny Bride by Christyne Butler (Harlequin Special Edition)

Something about the boss

That handsome masked stranger Katie Ledbetter got very, very close to after the costume party? Yeah, that would be her boss, Nolan Murphy. Super-embarrassing, but par for the course in her ill-fated quest for love. That’s when she comes to a decision to give up the romance rat race and have a child on her own.

When Nolan catches wind of her quest, the sexy single dad suggests she test out if she wants to be a parent by watching his teens while he’s away. Then he comes back—and suggests she stay. Could this be the instant family Katie’s been looking for? Could she be fated to be a bride for her boss after all?

Expecting the Fellani Heir by Lucy Gordon (Harlequin Romance)

And baby makes three…

It was a night she should never have surrendered to, but Ellie can’t regret the blissful hours she spent in Leonizio Fellani’s arms. The steely businessman showed her his softer side and it melted her heart…but working together means he should be off-limits!

Then Ellie discovers she’s expecting, and she knows passionate, possessive Leonizio will want to make his heir legitimate! Leonizio demands marriage to claim his child, but first he needs to prove to Ellie that above all he wants her as his wife…

Marriage Made in Hope by Sophia James (Harlequin Historical)

“Sometimes I could scream with boredom.”

Measured and self-effacing, Lady Sephora Connaught knows there is another, more reckless side to her. When she’s rescued from the fast-flowing Thames by the wild and dangerous Francis St. Cartmail, Earl of Douglas, suddenly her confined world bursts into vibrant life.

Francis has never fit into high society’s narrow world, so why does he feel so connected to—and undeniably aroused by—this “angel of the ton”? She offers him hope, but only time will tell if their fragile marriage is enough to banish his demons forever!

I am such a hopeless, unrelenting, lock the door throw away the key romantic that to pen one film as my ultimate favorite wedding movie would be hard if not impossible to say.
Here are some that have moved me to tears, you know, those exhale moments that touch you:
    Steel Magnolias
    The Best Man
    Father of the bride

These touched me and made me smile:
    The Wedding Date
    Seven Brides for Seven Brothers

These made me crack a rib, laughing til it hurt:
    The Hangover
    The Wood
    Sixteen Candles
    The Philadelphia Story

I hope one day I’m able to
