Stranded by a snowstorm, bull rider Zach Beaudry winds up on the doorstep of Ann Drexler’s wild mustang ranch. They share a past that he doesn’t remember (she sure does, but she’s not letting on!)—and they’ll share a future they’ll never forget, if he gives up bull-riding and stays to help Sally and her sister with the challenges of the ranch. NYT author Kathleen Eagle animates this classic cowboy tale with her rich, distinctive voice.
Her mystery man disappeared after their one night of passion, but he left Emily Grainger with a constant reminder—their daughter. So when she receives a tip that leads her to a ship’s container, she’s shocked to discover her long-lost love held captive inside! Now on the run from his captors, Jagger Holtz will do anything to protect his newly discovered family.
I absolutely love this book! Cindy is a great writer and one of the top authors in SRS, but she has gone above and beyond in this book, which is the third and final installment in the author-led Top Secret Deliveries miniseries. When an average woman gets pulled into a world of intrigue and espionage, she discovers she’s a bit of a super-spy herself. It’s a real page-turner, full of romantic tension, high on emotion and suspense, and sprinkled with bits of humor. The heroine is plucky and relatable, the hero sexy and a bit dangerous, and their daughter just adorable. The characters are really what make this book shine. I highly recommend it.
This RT 4 ½ starred review is a second chance romance that reunites kindergarten teacher Liz with the man she left at the altar. Now, Liz needs Darius’ help—to save her ailing son’s life, and to heal her own heart.
I loved how heart-wrenching the emotion is. Your heart just aches seeing Liz try to get a healthy kidney for her son and you totally feel sympathy for how wounded by the broken engagement Darius is. Plus, the author reveals long-held secrets in the most surprising ways.
Diana Palmer gives fan favorite Harley Fowler a book of his own—THE MAVERICK, a 4 ½ star top pick from RT. DP’s connection with her fans and their likes/dislikes is fascinating—this secondary character has appeared in many of her books and evolved over the course of them into a true hero.
